Shipping & Returns Policy
All products that are in stock are dispatched on the same day that your order is placed,provided that you have placed your order before our cut-off time of 4pm Monday to Friday. Delivery can take bettween 2-5 working days.
Japan Home Mart offer a flat shipping rate of $10 nationwide with FREE shipping on all orders over NZ$50
- We will not deliver to addresses such as P.O Boxes,Carparks,Vacant Premises
- Japan Home Mart require your signature at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address a card will be left for you to arrange another time for delivery or collection.
- Goods will not be delivered on Saturday ,Sundays or public holidays( Saturday delivery's can be arranged as an extra payment of $5.00
- Please enter the correct delivery address when you place your order as we will not be responsible for undelivered goods caused by customer error.
- Japan Home Mart Limited confirms that all orders are insured until delivered .Japan Home Mart Limited will not be held liable for any items that are lost,stolen or damaged after delivery has been completed.
- All delivery parcels can be tracked after leaving our Distribution centre by entering your tracking number emailed to you at https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace
How to return an item:
Japan Home Mart will accept the return of goods only if the item is in original saleable condition notification of returned goods should be made within 7 days from delivery receipt.
To arrange the shipping back of returned goods please contact us at Japan home mart online returns at japanhomemart.co.nz all items returned must be shipped back in suitable protective packaging at your cost to our Distribution centre.
The shipping of product returns items can be returned to one of our stores .You will need to make sure that you have your tax invoice receipt as proof of purchase and a full refund will be provided if the item is in original saleable condition.
Wrong Product delivered
If the product ordered online is the wrong product ordered ,we apologise for this error and are welcome to the correct product being shipped or a full refund please contact us at japanhomemart.co.nz
If your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or trackpack in which your product was delivered as Courier post will need to inspect it.
Please email japanhomemart.co.nz and we will organise Courier post to collect the item and will endeavour to send a replacement or offer a full refund.
If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on back order and you will be notified by email,if an item on back order cannot be sourced with 10 working days we will refund you for that item.
